What's in our kibbles?

All this is nothing without the right ingredients! All our products are made from natural ingredients, selected for their nutritional benefits and quality. They are sourced from trusted suppliers, in the UK (where our workshops are located) where possible, or always in the EU. When you register your dog, you'll be able to consult the detailed composition of its unique recipe.

How do I fill the measuring cup that came with my order?

To help you use the XXXX feeder and feed your dog the right amount of kibble, it's important to fill it correctly.

We recommend giving your dog two meals a day (three meals a day for puppies). You can give a first portion of kibble in the morning and a second in the evening.

Each dispenser has a dotted line representing a half-dose. For a full dose, it is necessary to fill the dispenser to the top. Once full, we recommend that you gently tap the bottom of the dispenser on a flat surface to adjust the position of the kibbles and add a few more if necessary.

Can I modify/cancel a current order?

All our recipes are prepared according to the information registered in your account.

Once payment has been made, your order is put into preparation and we make a selection from our range of unique kibbles, which we mix according to your dog's specific needs.

For this reason, once your order has been paid for, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, to ensure that you remain in control of your orders, we send you a reminder email around 3 days before your order is ready for dispatch.
